01Certainty

Every doubt a buyer has, answered before the first metre.

Doubts cleared 0 / 4
  1. Approved before it is printed.

Every order starts with a strike-off: a printed sample of your design on your fabric. Production only begins once you sign it off, and the run is checked against that sample.

  2. A dispatch date, agreed in writing.

Print, fixing, washing and finishing happen in one unit, so the date doesn't depend on outside job-workers. You get the date with the order confirmation.

  3. Inspected in motion.

Cloth is checked metre by metre against the approved strike-off before it is rolled. Digital print keeps the same file and the same colour profile from the first metre to the last.

  4. One thread, enquiry to dispatch.

Write to email. The same thread carries your artwork, strike-off approval, production updates and dispatch details.

From greige to roll, on one line.

Two print routes share the same floor. Switch between them to see what changes.

7 steps · washed
01

Artwork

The design lab prepares repeats, colourways and print files.

02

Strike-off

A sample is printed and sent for your approval.

03

Print

Reactive dye inks printed onto prepared fabric.

04

Steam

Steaming bonds the dye into the fibre.

05

Wash

Connected tanks wash out unfixed dye.

06

Inspect

Checked metre by metre against the strike-off.

07

Dispatch

Rolled, labelled and sent on the agreed date.

Reactive dye becomes part of the fibre, so loose dye is washed out before finishing.

Route A

Reactive

The dye bonds chemically with the fibre, then is steamed and washed. Deeper colour and a soft hand on natural fabrics.

Route B

Pigment

Colour sits on the surface and is heat-cured. Works across cotton, blends and synthetics, with fewer steps for sampling and volume.

04Colour lab

Hit the strike-off.

Each target is a colour sampled from one of our prints. Mix the four inks until your patch matches. Under ΔE 2.0 the difference is hard for the eye to see, and the strike-off is approved.

Common questions
What should I send with my enquiry?

Your artwork in any high-resolution format, the fabric you want, approximate metres and your deadline. If the artwork isn't print-ready, the design lab can prepare the repeat and colourways.

Pigment or reactive: which do I need?

Reactive suits natural fibres like cotton, viscose and linen when you want deep colour and a soft hand. Pigment works across cotton, blends and polyester with fewer steps. If you're not sure, tell us the fabric and end use and we'll recommend one.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the fabric and the process. Send your approximate metres and we'll confirm what's possible.

Do you work with buyers outside India?

Yes. Enquiries are handled by email in English, and every order is approved on a strike-off before production.
